Where customers come from
Comfort Club renewals
Each member's year is counted from their latest membership charge. Members whose plan was bought before the data starts and who have not renewed since can not be dated, so they are left out.

Renewal value at stake
Members who have not used either included tune-up are the least likely to renew, so call them first. 3 of the members above fall into that group.
Equipment that keeps failing
Customers who have needed repair service twice or more in the last 12 months. Their equipment may be due for replacement, and the call is "you have spent this much keeping it running, let us talk about a new one". Only breakdown work counts: tune-ups, Comfort Club visits, plan sales and warranty callbacks are left out.

Already have a quote out
Start with customers who have come back three or more times, or whose visits were close together. A short gap between breakdowns suggests the system is failing.
